Camino Clinic is the heart behind Camino Health Center. One of the unique aspects of our organization is that we offer Whole Person Care through our holistic approach to healthcare. The journey through holistic care begins with Camino Clinic. When a patient walks through our clinic doors seeking primary care, we offer them our services, but our help does not stop there. We screen our patients using a social determinants of health assessment. We then take those results and use them to help us provide support in all facets of our patients' lives.
